MLW Alco Diesellok der White Pass & Yukon Bahnlinie in grünen und gelben Lackierung.
Gebirgsbahnen wie die White Pass & Yukon benötigen zugstarke Lokomotiven.
Das LGB-Modell dieser großen Diesellok ist mit zwei siebenpoligen Bühler-Motoren ausgestattet.
Große Scheinwerfer und Begrenzungsleuchten beleuchten die Strecke in den unwirtlichen Bergen Alaskas.
Werkseitig mit Sound ausgestattet
Vorbildgetreue Lackierung und Beschriftung in den Farben der White Pass Railroad.
Bei der abgebildeten Lok wurden die Drehgestellrahmen durch Aristocraft Rahmen ersetzt, die Lok leicht gealtert und verschiedentlich auch kleine Farbänderungen vorgenommen wie zum Beispiel an den vorderen Griffstangen.
Dies war eine limitierte Auflage im Auftrag vom White Pass Souvenir Shoppe in Skagway und wurde dort auch verkauft.

LGB 21552 - Alco 103 in Blau und mit werkseitigem Sound von 1993 bis 1996
LGB 2155X - Alco 103 in Orange-Rot. Einzelstück, wurde 1998 zum 30-jährigen LGB-Jubiläum in Nürnberg versteigert
LGB 22552 - Alco 109 in Grün-Gelb und mit werkseitigem Sound von 1998 bis 1999, Auflage: 250 Stück
LGB 25552 - Alco 108 in Grün-Gelb und mit werkseitigem Sound und MZS Decoder von 2002 bis 2003
LGB 25554 - Alco 106 in Grün-Gelb und mit werkseitigem Sound und MZS Decoder; Ausgeliefert in Februar 2012

MLW Alco diesel locomotive of the White Pass & Yukon railway in green and yellow livery.
Rugged railroads like the White Pass & Yukon need heavy haulers, and you get lots of pulling power with this big Alco diesel model.
Each six-wheel truck is equipped with a seven-pole Bühler motor.
Big lanterns and marker lights illuminate the way.

Authentic White Pass livery and lettering
In the locomotive that is pictured, the original LGB bogie frames were replaced by Aristocraft ones, the loco was slightly weathered and some slight colour changes were made, like the yellow of the front hand rails.
This was a limited edition model commissioned by and sold through the White Pass Souvenir Shoppe at Skagway.

LGB 2055 - Alco 110 in blue-white from 1989 until 1991
LGB 20550 - Remaining stock of the LGB 2055 locomotive until 1999
LGB 2155S - Alco 103 in blue with factory-sound from 1991 until 1992
LGB 21552 - Alco 103 in blue with factory-sound from 1993 until 1996
LGB 2155X - Alco 103 in orange-red. Only one made which was auctioned off in 1998 at the 30th anniversary celebration of LGB in Nürnberg
LGB 22552 - Alco 109 in green-yellow with factory-sound from 1998 until 1999, Limited production of 250 units.
LGB 25552 - Alco 108 in green-yellow with factory-sound and MTS decoder from 2002 until 2003
LGB 25554 - Alco 106 in green-yellow with factory-sound and MTS decoder; initial shipment in February 2012 |
