Vorbild
Dieser Gepäckwagen der Rhätischen Bahn kann auf eine sehr bewegte Geschichte zurückblicken. Bei einem Unfall im Jahr 1998, während der Rangierarbeiten wurde der ursprüngliche Wagen D 4052 (Baujahr 1928)völlig zerstört. 1999 beschloss die RhB, diesen mit dem Xk 9028 (ehemals D 4043, Baujahr 1913), der 1986 außer Dienst gestellt worden war, neu aufzubauen.

Das LGB Modell in der Originalausgabe Epoche IV für die Oldtimer-Dampfzüge der Rhätischen Bahn ist detailgetreu gefertigt und perfekt abgestimmt.

Prototype:
Thls baggage car of Ihe Rhaetian Railway can look back on a very colourful history. An accident during switching operation in 1998 completely destroyed the original D 4052 (built in 1928). In 1999, the RhB decided to rebuild it using the Xk 9028 car (formerly D 4043 built in 1913), which had been taken out of service in 1986.

The LGB model corresponds to the latter in Its current look of era VI, is highly detailed, and perfectly matches the vintage steam trains of the Rhaetlan Railway.
