Nachdem meine erste Serie Eigenbau Rollenprüfstände abverkauft ist, habe ich jetzt eine neue kleinere Serie aufgelegt.
Der Vorteil dabei ist, das jetzt bei einem D-Kuppler oder aber der kleinen Köf nun unter jede Achse solch ein Rollbock passt.

Materialliste je Rollbock
2 x Aluwinkel je ~24mm breit
4 x Kugellager 605 ZZ
4 x Linsenkopfschrauben M3 x 10mm
4 x Unterlegscheiben
8 x Sechskantmuttern M3
1 x Acrylplatte ~ 44,5 x 24 x 3mm
4 x Senkkopfschrauben M3 x 10mm

Durch die Kugellager 605ZZ ist die max. Breite ~31mm.

Since my first series of test rollers has all been sold I decided to build a second smaller version.
The benefit now is that a test roller can be placed under every axle of a small 0-4-0 loco or the small Köf diesel.

My list of materials for each test roller:

2 x Aluminum L-profiles each ~24mm wide
4 x Ball bearings type 605 ZZ
4 x Pan head screws M3 x 10mm
4 x Washers
8 x Hexagon nuts M3
1 x Acrylic plate about 44,5 x 24 x 3mm
4 x Flat head screws M3 x 10mm

Because of the 605ZZ ball-bearings, the maximum width is now ~31mm.
