English
Between 2009 and 2011 the baggage cars, car numbers 4219 to 4226, were equipped with a pantograph to supply power to a part of the train (heating/air conditioning). This meant that the locomotivesā secondary current circuits had to deliver less current which increased the performance of the locomotives accordingly.
The LGB model is a prototypical reproduction of the type DS car. The pantograph can be raised and lowered manually. The doors on the model can be opened like the prototype. The car has an extensive, finely executed paint scheme and lettering. It also has metal wheel sets.
Length over the buffers approximately 620mm (24-3/8 inches)
