DR Dampflok - gealtered (Steam Locomotive - weathered) Spreewald
Description: English below

Mit MZS-Lokdecoder I.

This model which has been in production at LGB for many years was dramatically weathered by Christian Höhne of Magnus.

This beautifully proportioned tank locomotive was built in 1917 at the Jung Locomotive Works for the narrow gauge Pillkaller Kleinbahn. However, the loco didn’t become well known until it was transferred to the Spreewaldbahn, a popular line running along the canals and tree-lined roads near Cottbus.
The Spreewald line is gone now, but the “Spreewald” loco has been preserved by the Deutscher Eisenbahn Verein (DEV) in Bruchhausen-Vilsen. There, it still delights both tourists and railfans. You can enjoy it too with this beautiful LGB model, which wears the loco’s Spreewaldbahn livery and lettering. Equipped with Type I MTS decoder.
