Diese Lok wurde zwischen 1988 und 1997 in drei Versionen hergestellt.
Dies ist die erste Version mit Beschriftung in Form von Abziehbildern und vesenktem Schriftfeld am Führerhaus.
Die zweite Version hatte Beschriftung in Form von Abziehbildern und ein erhabenes Schriftfeld am Führerhaus, die dritte Version aufgedruckte Beschriftung und ein erhabenes Schriftfeld.
Der Schornstein hat normalerweise ein rotes Band, welches bei dieser Lok fehlt.

Pacific Railroad American #174 Steaming Mary
This locomotive was built in three versions between 1988 and 1997.
This is the first version with lettering as stickers and recessed area on the cab for the lettering.
The second version had lettering as stickers and a raised area on the cab for the lettering, the third version printed lettering and a raised area on the cab.
The smoke stack has usually a red band which is missing on this locomotive.

The Steaming Mary was also part of the sets 4032 (1988 - 1997, UK only), 4033 (1988 - 1996, USA only) and 4034 (1988 - 1996).
